Par-Tee GC Let's Tee Off this Golf Season in Style!

Get ready, Par-Tee GC members! The first event of the year is just around the corner, and we want to see all of you there. Mark your calendars for an unforgettable day at Brookwood GC., where we'll be teeing off with renewed confidence, a genuinely competitive environment, and the fellowship we've grown to enjoy.

But that's not all! We're encouraging all members to invite their golfing friends, both current, former, and new, to join in the fun. It's okay for multiple members to send invitations to the same person - we want our guests to know they are truly welcome, so don't rely on someone else to reach out to your text or email group distribution lists that you may share. Heck, even send it to other club members just to let the message resonate.

All guests should go through the Par-Tee website for a one-time free guest pass. These guests are available for our pricing promotion of $45/person upon sign-up or after their initial one-time free guest pass. Any guests can upgrade to a full membership to participate in the End Of Season festivities. All members have unlimited guest passes at their disposal.

And speaking of new attitudes, we're thrilled to introduce one of our new club initiatives: The carryover: Hole-In-Pot (see full details below). This is just one of many ideas that have been received and reviewed. Thanks so much for all of your participation so far, your opinions do matter and we are looking for even more creative ways of making our club better for us and to serve our communities.

But the fun doesn't stop there! We're also inviting all members to join us for the Par-Tee 19th, starting between 2-3pm. Bring your family, friends, kids, grandkids, neighbors, relatives,  and anyone else who wants to join in this season's kick-off celebration. Let's reach out to those homebound, those who are not as former members who are not as active, and those we know who are looking for a reason to get out and enjoy the day. Everyone is welcome, no matter how long they can stay or how they get there. Instead of scheduling typical Saturday afternoon stuff...have them try something they may have never experienced before.

So, let's tee off the year with a long and straight drive and make them birdie putts! We can't wait to see you all at Brookwood GC for an event we've all been waiting for. Let's Go...Par-Tee!

PTGC Hole-in-One Pot Rules

● The PTGC 2024 would like to introduce a Hole-In-One Pot for all club outings.

● The PTGC 2024 would like to introduce a Hole-In-One Pot for the 2024 Scholarship tourney.

● The PTGC 2024 will sponsor this effort as a ‘fund-raiser” for the PTGC 2024

● The PTGC 2024 will start the pot with $50.

● Members may pay at least $5 per outing to receive a payout with a hole-in-one during a sanction outing.

● Only available at regular weekend outings as scheduled.

● Donations to the PTGC 2024 are much appreciated.

● The payout will be split between the PTGC 2024 and the hole-in-one winner(s), 60% of the total pot goes to the winner, and a minimum of $50 or 40% goes back into the pot through the completion of the season.

● The pot will be reset after a hole-in-one with money after payout to the winner(s).

● In the event of one or more hole-in-one, winners will split the available money in the pot at that outing. Winner(s) payout(s) via the online payment system.

● In the event of no hole-in-one(s) at the end of a scheduled outing, the full amount of the pot carries over to the next event and throughout the season.

● The PTGC 2024 will receive all the money in the pot at the end of the season and roll over to the next season.
